Library

The staff of KWCB 2008 is happy to offer a browsing/lending library for the benefit of event attendees. The library will be located in the main hall, and will be open from the start of classes until an hour before feast on Saturday and Sunday. The library may also be open after feast, if there is demand.

The library will have both print and electronic resources, as well as a small photocopier, printer and scanner. There will be materials for all groups: cooks, brewers and bards.

We are encouraging attendees to bring books and other materials from their personal collections to loan to the library so they may be shared with others. The library will be staffed by a professional librarian, who will provide loving care for all resources!

If you are willing to loan items, or have any questions about the library, please contact the librarian, Master Edmund Tregelles, at kwcb-library@andrew.cmu.edu, or by phone at (716)863-2743.
Although it is not required, it would be greatly appreciated if a list of materials to be loaned would be submitted in advance of the event to the librarian, so they can be added into a resource database for use at the event.

Regardless of whether you can bring materials or not, please stop by the library to browse, enjoy refreshments, and chat with your fellow attendees!
